Introducing our 100% plant-based Bamboo Toothbrush. Completely plastic-free, the handle is made from responsibly harvested bamboo, and the soft plant-based bristles are made from plant-based castor bean oil. This toothbrush is designed to keep both your smile, and the planet, clean.
It is estimated that over 3.6 BILLION plastic toothbrushes end up in landfills...annually! Let's reverse this so that our grandkids can have a cleaner future.
For best results, replace your toothbrush every few months. When it is time for a new one, simply toss it in the compost bin.
The box is recyclable or compostable too, with simple kraft paper and soy based inks.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products, or for ordering errors. For personal safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on most of our products if opened or used, and also in consideration of the environmental impact and expense of shipping.

The brushes both came in great condition. I've bought different bamboo brushes before and this is by far the best quality for the best price. The bristles are soft, yet sturdy and durable. The handle has a nice texture, and looks more appealing than any other bamboo brush that I've purchased.
The images are after several weeks of daily use. I am thorough with my routine, and I have been disappointed with the big supermarket store plastic toothbrushes.
I want to start off and say this is way better than any normal plastic toothbrush you'll find at Walmart but if you're looking for true plastic free this isn't the product for you because castor bean oil is bio plastic which is technically still plastic (the toothpaste tablets are great though)
Not only can I now clean my teeth with a brush that doesn't contribute to the release of microplastics into the environment (or my body!), the beautiful bamboo handle of Canary's 100% vegan and plastic-free toothbrushe makes brushing a pleasure! And after about a month of brushing 3-4 times a day, I'm happy to report that the bristels have held up well. They're still as soft as they were to begin with without showing signs of weakening!
At first I was caught off guard by how small the toothbrush head is and how soft the bristles are but then I used it and fell in love! It's just as mighty as any other toothbrush but I like that it's gentle and completely compostable.

I've liked mine so far. Not too stiff, not too soft. Kind of a soft bristle brush without being useless. A good balance.
The bamboo feel takes a little getting used to, in mouth, but it's not unpleasant.

I got a free sample with an order of toothpaste tablets. I didn't think anything of it, but I REALLY like this brush. I have been looking for a decent small, toothbrush with plant-based bristles. So many of the other sustainable options on the market still have plastic (nylon) bristles, or use natural fibers that are prohibitively expensive. Brush is a much more affordable options.
Handle is sturdy, bristles are soft and they don't fall out or break. Keep in mind that with a wooden handle, let it dry out completely between uses and oil it every now and again.
I love these. I had previously been using Open Earth whoch had no information about if the bristles are biodegradable or need to be recycled. So transparency from the Canary company is very nice. Its unfortunate that the more ergonomic ones dont have the same biodegradable bristles, (at least they didnt when i bought the item) BUT i love the transparency, i love how clean my teeth feel from one use, i love that its soft, and i love that the bamboo edge isnt too big (the Open Earth one border near the bristles accidently cut me once or twice and it made it difficult to get into tight crevices.) Overall i love it! Great value for money
